1 Day Trek in Bukit Lawang
Itinerary:
We will start the trek after breakfast, between 8 and 9 a.m., and it will last for about 6 to 7 hours. During the trek, we will explore the lush jungle and search for orangutans and other wildlife while also learning about the different plants and their uses. At around noon, we will take a short break for lunch before continuing with the rest of the trek. You can choose to either walk back or take a traditional tube rafting ride down the river to Bukit Lawang. This will mark the end of the 1-day trek in Bukit Lawang.
Price per person: 55 Euro/person.
The minimum number of people required to form a group: is two – to four people.
The maximum number of people required to form a group: is five – to eight people.
Price includes :
Fully licensed English-speaking jungle guide.
Permits from the Bukit Lawang Guide Association.
Permits to enter the national park PHPA office ( ranger station ) camera tax 150,000,Idr
Lunch and fruits, drinking water during jungle trekking.
When going into the jungle, it is recommended to bring :
Suitable footwear such as walking boots or sports shoes is recommended.
For walking in the jungle, it is advisable to wear long trousers or shorts pants.
Additionally, it is recommended to bring extra dry clothes as well as a swimming
suit if you plan to take a dip in the river.
Don't forget to pack insect repellent and any necessary medication to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.
